I'm a little confused on how to access the blower motor. Is it gained through the dash, or can I get access to it from outside. ie by removing the windshield wiper ass'm. I'm probably looking at and R&R. If anybody has done this recently (and by the board it looks like its a typcical w124 problem), I would appreciate their input.
