Clearly, you didn't read the article on the incident on the Parkway which clearly shows the driver had his hands on the steering wheel and he was shot by Hassan from
the passenger side.
The same DB with the ESU broke into this fellow's house and kicked the crap out of him for no reason. You think the the city settled that case for $235K because they were not guilty?
