In CT pre ban lowers are worth about $900 and that just allows us to own what the rest of the country can get.
Before the current ones become pre ban I want to grab one because I want an AR and can't get one. Stag is back ordered until 2014!
So I'll just sit on the lower until all this nonsense dies down than buy the parts.
