What I DO believe is that the schools should teach verifiable FACT! Darwin is NOT fact. Global Warming is NOT fact. Teaching what Thomas Jefferson or any other historical figure FACTUALLY said is fine, but don't spin it with bias or speculation EITHER WAY. Teaching them the whats and whens of history is fine. Leave the opinions OUT!

Teaching proper English, spelling, mathematics, FACTUAL science etc. is what our schools should be teaching. Leave the politics and religion for them to learn from their parents or even the kids on the corner, but NOT promoted by schools EITHER WAY.
