I don't think I bent the ring, but yeah I don't think there is any way to put it back on. At least it was an extra caliper that already leaked anyway, and I only wasted about $40 on pads and rebuild kits for those calipers. Its kinda frustrating that its going to cost ~$250 more than I expected to finish that job though.
