It appears that for the most part rebuilt Bendix calipers are no longer sold. It will be about $110 each for rebuilt ATE calipers and $35 for pads, I know that really that's not bad for maintenance on a car that cost so much new, but since I have done brake jobs on other cars and rebuilt the calipers easily (VW, Alfa Milano, Nissan, etc) it seemed like a lot of money to spend if it wasn't necessary.
