Was it all on the same Car? If it was on the same Car is it one that has the Pencil Glow Plugs or the Filiment/Loop type Glow Plugs?
What make of Glow Plugs are you using?
Either type can be killed by worn out Injector Nozzles, low Injector opening pressures or very late Fuel Injection Timing.
Not reaming or otherwise cleaning out the Carbon is also bad for them.
