I don't know the state of your health and I might have mentioned this already. If you are healthy enough to get some vigorous exercise to a point of huffing and puffing, if you will exercise, even starting this weekend before you start on Monday, you can blow alot of that crap out of your lungs, which will help get rid of the craving. At least that worked for me.

I was only in my early twenties and could easily do so at that age. If you can do this, it should help.
