Does anyone have the procedure on how to install new timing chains and put the engine back into timing for the M120 V12?

I have an ALL Data account and it is a joke it states

"Mercedes Benz does not provide precise timing marks for the camshafts. Correct engine timing is achieved when certain conditions are met."

This statement is ridiculous as I highly doubt you can just set the cams and crank anywhere and install the chain.

My Ebay manuals don't provide the info either.

if anyone can help me out I'd appreciate it. I'd be willing to pay also if someone has the real procedures and diagrams to do this. Thank you
