Yes, Larry was a prince and mailed me the lower steering shaft and the boot. I strongly suggest you get both because the corrogated tube which makes up the lower steering shaft is unique and something I would not tinker with in trying to make one out of just steel tubing. There is something about that lower steering shaft and safety engineering in case you got into a wreck. It is designed to bend or collaspe or something along those lines. Plus, I was so PO'd when I did the swap and did not have the correct lenght lower steering shaft. It was a lot of work that got completely stalled. If you could, just get the whole deal.
