Identify another old car?

I have attached a image of another old car.
This one dates from around the turn of ( the last) century.
It appears to be similar to 1 picture I have of a 1904 Buffalo Electric, except that the candidate car looks to be gas powered. Buffalo did put some gas engines in some cars but I have no pictures.
Here is what I see that are unusual details that may help:
45 degree toeboard---most cars of the era had a vertical dash
tiller steering--makes it early
longitudinal springing-- car is also similar to some early Dureyas except they used transverse springs.
Front and rear passengers on the same level---it was usual for rear seat to be higher.
Looks like a radiator under the rear seat.
Wheels are wood and smaller diameter--not tall as on many other early cars
Looks like a sprocket on both rear wheels.

From the surrounding pictures on the roll, it may have been part of a circus parade--probably the circus from the poster. Can anyone figure the year? That would be good information.

OK detectives--have at it!
