I've Managed to dismantle the kingpins o.k but the brass sleeves in which the kingpins slot into I'm not sure of how to remove and replace these. I didn't think it was possible or needed, but the repair kit i have comes with replacements.
Im guessing they are either pressed in or will unscrew somehow.
Any body familiar with this task?
Also im still looking at replacing the square Diff rubber/steel mount which sits in the boot/trunk. Any suggestions on where to get one?
I have some updated photos to come of the resto but not much welding progress at this stage. Hopefully get stuck into it this month.

you have to get a hack saw and carefully cut the bushes along their length. I cut one side of a bush,then do the opposite side. You then have to punch out the remains . They are pressed into place. Once the new ones in you will have to ream them to size with around 0.3 mm clearance
