Odd enough, the filament inside the bulb is intact, that's what I was basing my claims on the bulb being good, I'd hazard a guess that the contact points on the bulbs were just so caked with oxidation that the energy couldn't flow, the bulbs still appear good. Ill try to post a picture later, the glass was not blackened nor milky like I've seen in other blown bulbs. Gotta love corrosion, great insulator it is
