Did this mean Most Vendors selling Guns were not FFL Holders; or just that most of the Vendoers at the Gun Show were not FFL Holders.

I was a Vendor at a Gun Show and I sold Knives and Military Collectable stuff; No Guns for sale and No FFL.
Then the question is did you actually ask all of the Vendors selling Guns if they were FFL Holders or not.
