I meant that most of the dealers at the show I was speaking of were not FFL dealers. Perfectly legal in AZ. The answer is: I didn't take a poll. I've been attending the same shows yearly for a quarter of a century or more and know most of the sellers who have tables, either personally or from having done business in the past with them. It's a show that has maybe 50 sellers, held in a small town.
