Does anyone make a spout with a diverter that's a turn knob/valve that can be locked closed? Can the pull-down diverters advertised on some more expensive bath hardware be locked closed?

I seldom if ever use my tub as a tub, and I hate messing with a chintzy pull knob to make the shower work full-force. Perhaps I should just install the nicest stainless hose bibb I can find
