Hi all, i'm new here and i am desperate because my 320E got some problems to start up

Cold Start:

When I go from "P" to "D" or "D" to "R" usually my car stops...

And then i got some pictures of what i think there are missing (stolen) parts of my car and some missing connections, please i need your help idk nothing about this
