The old 6cylinder and smaller euro models always seem to pull some extra niche money. With an early US truck you're getting a hell of a lot more truck for your dollar, but you're also buying a lot more electronics and repair bills down the road.
I think its hard to compare a 460/461 directly to a 463.
16,000 documented miles, rust free, already stateside, sounds like a good buy to me.
I've seen people looking for mid to high teens for 100k mile trucks rust free in Ohio. But why not try to get it for 18?
