I installed in dension icelink ipod cable in my car, which takes the CD changer port.

I wanted the option to also play CD's, which the factory U.S. radio does not.

I also wanted to lose the telephone buttons.

I bought an MB Audio 10, which is the factory radio offered in Europe. I had to send it out to get the frequencies changed to the U.S. frequencies.

This one on ebay already comes ready to go for U.S. radio stations:
