I had the same problem on my 300D, turned out to be the arm had been twisted slightly. Your car has the one arm system, which is different but should be the same result. Make the wiper stop mid-way and see if the wiper is sitting correctly. It may be twisted slightly under, which makes the rubber "push" against the window. This may be futile, but worth a try.
