Well... I did not know that. Thanks for the info.

The one time I ran out, I did like I've done on other diesels...
Loosened the fuel filter and pumped until fuel came out, then cracked the lines at each injector and pumped until fuel was present....

Still... just because repriming is easier than I thought, I believe I will continue to err on the side of caution.
With my luck, I would run out on a long, curved, uphill onramp....at rush hour...

or.... on the Merritt....
