Those are my absolute favorite. They have to be small and young. If they are big, they are too bitter for me. My wife and I have made meals of them. Both of my daughters love them and can't get enough...I can't get my son to even try one, and that boy will eat dang near everything that isn't nailed down.
Another of my favorites is buttered broccoli with a light dusting of sea salt.
Since I've lowered my sodium intake, bacon has been a limited delight. I only eat two pieces, both cut in half so it looks like I'm getting four. I'm trying to trick my taste buds into thinking I'm actually getting more, but they're smarter than that.
