I'm sorry.
This just concerns me, since I am one of many who could be absorbing a 20% pay cut.
I know that's nowhere near what many of our workers have suffered during our nation's fruitbasket-turnover economy of the last few years, but it is a significant chunk of change.
I'm not worried about placing blame... I just want to find/fix the problem and get on with business.
