My bad on saying obviously...

I must have a vacuum leak, because I have to push the "arm" (at the 12 o'clock position in the last photo) in, towards the valve cover, to turn off the engine. Govert, is that what you refer to as the "2nd throttle," and it's supposed to be loose?

When I push on the "arm/2nd throttle," it just lazily swings back and forth. It just doesn't feel correct in it's movement. It just flops all around.
