Yep.
That class of people is universal in the capability to screw up the most simple of tasks. This is the fifth idiot in as many years. This one does take responsibility for his actions, however, and agrees that he must pay for his stupidity. He's kissing my ass with thanks because the final tab is only $500. instead of $4,000 (at a diesel mechanic). He also has some decent organizational skills and he's fairly industrious as a general maintenance man, so it's probably not the time to start anew.
