Pins / Anchors for Securing Molding to Exterior Bottom on 430E

Body Panel Pins / Anchors ?
Sorry, I posted this elsewhere, but after reading other posts in this particular forum, thouhgt you all my have the needed expertise in this matter.

I do not know the technical name for this item.

The plastic / vinyl flashing / molding on my 2000 430E (just under the drivers side and rear door is missing three or four of the black plastic / rubber "pins" or "plugs" that holds the flashing / molding to the metal just under the car in this area. They look like arrows with wingnuts; kind of like the ones used to secure the back of the lightbulb harness in my 1992 300E that I have. The "arrow" goes in one way and then twists and locks making the item being held on secure.

It appears that replacements would secure the flashing / molding just fine. Where can I get these or what can I use to substitute? For the latter I was thinking of some kind of wing-nut / self-expanding fastener kind of like anchors for sheet rock walls??? But I don't want that to cause damage or prohibit removal of the molding if necessary.

Please let me know if anyone has any thoughts, ideas, or answers. Thanks,
