Not necessarily. The DVD audio is DTS 5.1, while the Blueray is DTS-HD Master Audio 5.1.
I didn't think there was much of a difference at first, but we've rented some of the movies in one format that we already own in the other, and compared them...Bluray always comes out on top when you have a decent set up and speakers.
