The below info is for the 603 Engine in the section that they show using the Cutter to resurface the Prechamber Seat in the Cylinder Head.
I believe the 601 in the Part Number indicates it goes back to that Engine.
If you look close this site indicates the same Seal Rings work ont 601-606 Engines
