WRONG.
Every alien, legal or illegal, has full consitutional rights, doesn't matter if they just swan the river, jumped the fence or their vise just lapsed. Soon as they cross the line the have constitutional rights. Legal aliens have every right a native born or naturalized citizen has, except the right to vote.
