A 230+ yo document, as the basis for our own country's existance, is nothing to take lightly.
Consider...how many nice homes have you seen around your neighborhood...and I'm talking about nice OLD homes. Ones with SOLID FOUNDATIONS and incorporating proper architectural designs and features.
There are some folks think those buildings are out of code, stodgy and drafty...nothing anyone in their "right mind" would want to have in a newer neighborhood. Hell, maybe the owner of that old home drives an old, smelly diesel car that just pollutes the landscape.
See where this is going?
Those old homes and cars are still around, providing comfort to those that UNDERSTAND what a good foundation brings to everything made by man, BECAUSE THEY WERE BUILT ON GOOD FOUNDATIONS TO BEGIN WITH.
Contracts only stand up when the words are based on solid principles and standards...not on hip-hop ebonics, "flavor-of-the-craze" mantras and trash-talking PC-euphemisms that mask what's really trying to happen.
Change/upgrade the wording of the COTUS?
Go out and get a copy of "Black's Law Dictionary" to just
understand what you're trying to change.
Can't do that much?
Then shelve the project.
