Yes Paul, it is common knowledge that a persons "attitude" is pretty well set in stone before the age of six. The Kennedy clan considered themself royalty anyway, and that's the family he grew up in. The Obama girls have grown up in a family with the same attitude and that attitude is being set in stone by extravagant living (at our expense I might add.)
Regardless of where John John got his "my shlt don't stink" attitude, it killed him and two innocent passengers.
