Yes, a bad fuel pump is very likely. Before changing it do two things, check the owners manual regarding the relay that kills the fuel pump in the event of rollover and read how to reset it. If that doesn't get you anywhere, make sure the pump is getting voltage before changing it.

I don't know if there is access to the pump without dropping the tank. There might be an access hatch under the rear mat or the rear seat or something. You need a manual to see. If you don't have to drop the tank it won't be a very big job to change it.
