Thank you all for the valuable feedback...this is what I needed. I forgot to mention, my old job is very flexible, while my current job is a typical cubicle environment for the days that I'm in the office. At my old job I can make my own hours, as long as I complete the review within the deadline; also, at my old job I was teleworking around 25% of the time, while the rest of the time was flexed out. The only downside is overnight travel, which averages about 8 weeks per year.

Well I'm leaning towards returning to my old employer, but I will probably give my current employer plenty of notice and complete all my assignments before I leave. Thanks again!
