You can use a big normal clamp for that, thats what I am doing. I just ordered all of this also, last night! Also re-doing everything on an M116.

Good luck getting the old boot to let go of the throttle assembly, I had to cut/snip/drill it apart until about 20% of the rubber was left before it would let go. And that was WITH the strap removed.

I am also replacing all of my injectors and injector seal pieces while I am in there.
