Liability is clear, it's their fault; but....
If it's a w123 with 325k on it, then it's totaled.
Go see a doctor in a few days. Whether or not you're hurt, it should be checked out.
Better to have the MD visit(s) direct billed, and your car rental too - easier NOT to go through your insurance, but through theirs....not ONE cent out of pocket for you - this would include your car rental for your loss of use.
I hope you are not hurt; and your car rental is good incentive for them to settle quick.
Do NOT settle the claim - or sign away anything, including the car, till you are certain it's fair.
And remember, any injury, even if slight, entitles you to an amount for pain and suffering, though of course the adverse insurance adjuster likely won't remind you of this.
