There are ways to extract info that don't involve us lowering ourselves to the level of a 3rd-world s**thole dictatorship. Torturing someone who's legally in the US AND A CITIZEN BEFORE their guilt is lawfully established stinks to high heaven. Who decides whom to torture? Who decides what evidence is enough to torture without trial?
