Can anyone confirm if the M110 actually has white metal cam bearings or if they just run in the aluminum casting? All the cam boxes I have seem to be just aluminum on the surface with no inserts around the cam journals and yet have tight clearances. I'm unable to locate a new cam box from mercedes despite it showing in stock at Atlanta merc.
