The sequestor was the arrogant asses own idea. In the sequestor HE is the one that chooses where to cut. I can't imagine ANYTHING in the news of the last 4 months that has been more obvious. Of course with your liberal tinted glasses, it makes it impossible for you to see. Those glasses prevented you from seeing his tightly closed jaw when he was slamming the opposition for the sequestor, never mind that it was his idea to start with.
MAYBE, those glasses is what made it so difficult for you to understand the VERY SIMPLE plain English that you twisted around so much.

better bone up on reality Larry. The sequestration was cooked up by Gene Sperling for the budget control act of 2011.
Yes he is a democrat, BUT, the idea of the sequester was to make something that both republicans and democrats at loggerheads would find equally unattractive and give them a time limit to come to an agreement of some kind as it would come into effect automatically if they didn't. I like the idea personally, as blunt as it is, it created a time limit for these guys to work up to.
Obamas idea was the "Grand Bargain", which didn't get any traction.
