I have visited a services stop rest room on a highway enroute from Qingdao Port to Laiwu - umm..
It was a clearing in the woods, no toilet paper, no water, no flush, you just come in squat, do your business, use a cob/leaf or whatever and leave. All sorts of colors, smells and variety existed.
I took one look, vomited - came back to the car and waited for the next PROPER gas station. I had to pay good money to take a civilized dump.
This looks like urban facility - baffles the mind.
