I just (tonight actually) changed my fed lenses to euro. How to I properly cap the headlight washer spigot?

Does the first pump do the windshield and the second do the headlights?

If so, can I just unplug the second pump?

I'm waiting on the proper paint to cover the new filler panels I bought, I even stumbled upon the updated hood in Astral Silver!! My 89 will look a bit newer!
