Yes, it is one and the same. 16 bolt pan, etc.
And yeah, it doesn't have the name of the trans on it, but it says 230 sl on the plate.
It has the solenoid, but I left the fluid drive in the junkyard.

If you'r not in a hury to part with, I'll surely be in touch with you late spring early summer as soon as I know if mine is dead.
I also have a tranny (with converter) to part with, It's from a 1971 280S/SE #1082701 00026 it came with a lot of part with my carwitch Former howner got from a closing MB shop, v'been tolled that it works. But I can't vouch for it.
