The po didnt want to put any money in to fixing it from the accident because it was his fault. It was not totaled, he just elected to sell it rather than fix. The story i got was that it hit the back of a jeep. The bags didnt deploy, the radiator was still good. The hood, grille and upper radiator support took the brunt of the impact.
