This one is a beauty in NYC. Every single woman who's on the sidewalk goes by the rule in their head that they have the right of way when they encounter a man. Doesn't matter if they are on the wrong side.........yapping on their phone........stopping and chatting..........they are going to hit you if you don't get out of their way........pronto.

So, the past weekend, I'm walking about 3/4 mile with about 80 lb..........40 in each hand. NFW I can easily manipulate myself to avoid them. So, it's one crash after the next when they run into the suitcase or the shopping bag. The suitcase was excellent...........hard sided American Tourister of 25 years ago. The shopping bag..........strong plastic, but loaded with bottles............not so good.
