Great job! Pictures remind me of when I replaced the head gasket on my '93 2.3 in 2007.
One note, I'm surprised your '93 still has the plastic thermostat housing. I purchased mine new in '93 and the dealer replaced it (service bulletin) with a metal one when I took it in for the free oil change.
