TD in question is a 1984 Turbo diesel. When you say panel, I assume you mean panel under the dash. Or do you mean the fuse box. Will that come out from under the hood ? There seems to be a single small bolt holding it in?
Everything else on that fuse works. Someone has disconnected the vanity lights in the sun visors. Perhaps they pulled the clock and tach at the same time.
Will try all those fixes meanwhile. Thanks
