nice Chtistmas present to read this again ,was just reading Car and Driver can hardly belive the prices of gimmick cars I would not want taking up space in my driveway if they were free. In 1981 I bought a very well built three bed room house with a large stone fireplace and a big screen porch on Whitefish point in the U.P. of Michigan for $16.500 I lived there five years in peace and quiet.......... perhaps "there's a sucker born every minute" is alive and well........
