914 should really come with a two post lift..

NA 924/44 isn't bad if the known annoying maintenance has been done, clutch, front engine service, few other things. 928 is a nightmare but fun to drive as its intended.

242 Volvo, newer turbo motor swap, or a high comp NA with some real speed parts. Or a V8..

Alfa, Fiat, Triumph.. I have a supercharged 88 Mr2 here that is a blast and pretty well made. I'd have it over a P Car any day, no question.
