Closing off this thread, the repair was a success. Managed to have the blower rebuilt for $60.00. Most of the problem was corrossion from water and brushes that where shot. All told spend $60.00 (Can) to rebuild. Cost me $50.00 to replace the air filters. Wiper mehanism was cleaned and regreased at the same time.

Pictures....I forgot. Went together so fast it was comical.
