I had the honor of working for a great boss at one time for 10 yrs plus ,his moto was that you dont work in the business you work on the business,in piont you over view your objective of building the business and manage it with a direction. I gave him a little joke at one of the companies Christmas parties during drinks that he should name his fishing boat "business ",that way when he was out fishing his secratery could say ,"his out on business".
Its the failure of these ass h0## people to see their problem ,its one feeding the others personality,one gets angry to blow off steam ,then the other does the same ,then they both group up to talk about their problem with said staff member . Complete control freaks who have set all their problems on the staff .Since he is the older guy trying to hold onto his desert flower wifey he will never see the light .On her side,she will always be right ,even when the opposite is the truth.They deserve each other ,til death do they part ,you had me at misery.
