It is beginning to appear as if some of these groups that were 'hassled' by the IRS were nothing but scams designed to get Republicans elected while hiding behind a tax exempt status that allowed them to shield the names of their donors.

It is the job of the IRS to determine who is running a legit operation and who is trying to scam Uncle Sam out of money that is owed to the government. So a case can easily be made that a group that was set up to cheat the government is now suing for damages because they got caught trying to rip-off the government.

But Conservatives don't seem to have a problem with any of this.

I wonder why?
